The Florida International University School of Communication, Architecture and the Arts has proudly partnered with the Lake Worth Beach CRA to exhibit student architectural designs for redevelopment properties located within the CRA District.

The designs were presented as part of an architectural class project curriculum for the third year Graduate Studio which specializes in architectural and urban design. The project was a study in urbanism and architectural design for the future growth of Lake Worth Beach. The intention of these projects is to look at different options and possibilities for new development within the CRA district and downtown Lake Worth Beach. All of the projects are different in size and scope therefore they simulate what development outcomes may be by different developers and architects.
